At Brooks Harbor Townhomes, it is our mission to provide our residents with every amenity they could need to enjoy worry-free lives. This begins with our location at 2580-2320 5th St W in West Fargo ─ there our townhomes are conveniently situated near Interstate 94 for quick and easy commuting, but far enough away from the road so that they feel removed from the hustle and bustle of the world. We are near several attractions, including The Lights at Sheyenne 32, which includes concerts, dining, shopping and entertainment, as well as the future site of West Fargo’s Sheyenne Plaza which will become an active hub for entertainment and shopping. We are close to many other points of interest including Rendezvous Park, Costco and the Red River Zoo. You will also find a new shopping center, restaurants and Hornbachers!

The ease with which you may apply to live in one of our townhomes is yet one more amenity which we offer. Every person over 18 years of age applying must fill out an application, the fee for which is $40. BEAUTIFUL, MODERN ACCOMODATIONS
Our townhomes themselves are complete with modern amenities which allow our residents to live comfortably. Each of our townhomes feature GE Slate kitchen appliances, dark matte machines whose rich and elegant appearance hides fingerprints, and which run as fantastically as they look. Every townhome is also equipped with a GE washer and dryer, so our residents need never visit a laundromat. When you live at Brooks Harbor, you will enjoy the summer courtesy of your 10’x12′ balcony with stairs leading down to your backyard, and you’ll weather the winter better thanks to your attached double stall garage. Our townhomes additionally offer laminate wood flooring, vaulted ceilings and attractive tiled kitchen backsplashes.
WE DO THE WORK FOR YOU
We see to it that each townhome’s air filtration system is checked quarterly. To cap it all off, we also mow the lawns and take care of all landscaping on the grounds, and provide professional snow removal whenever it is needed as well!
